Premium membership is $9.99 per month, billed automatically through PayPal. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
You agree not to use ourheartsareone.com to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other members; not to impersonate another person; not to post false, misleading, or illegal content; and not to use the service for any commercial solicitation or unlawful purpose. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated at will under Section 3.
Each member may upload up to 10 photos. All photos are subject to review and approval by our moderation team, and photos that are unlawful, explicit, or misleading may be rejected or removed at our discretion. You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant ourheartsareone.com a license to display it on the site in connection with the service.
We protect member information with bcrypt password hashing, privacy controls, member blocking, and photo moderation. Use the Block or Report buttons on any profile, or contact us, if you encounter concerning behavior. Never share financial information or send money to other members.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any particular outcome, including successful matches or dates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ourheartsareone.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Consistent with the at-will nature of the service, either you or ourheartsareone.com may terminate your account and membership at any time, with or without cause, as described in Section 3. Upon termination, your profile and content may be removed from the site.
We may modify the service and these Terms & Conditions at any time and at will. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
